INDUSTRIAL SAFETY

Factories and laboratories are considered unnatural environments in terms of high temperature levels, running machinery, sensitive devices and rapid reactions, toxic substances and so on. They are also reservoirs of gases, liquids, and solids. Safety is the responsibility of every member in their work location and it's closely related to the relationships between staff and the surrounding machines, material, and substances, as well as among themselves. Safety is a number of procedures that aim to prevent work injuries and accidents, and it's not less important than the production process itself, it’s quality and attached expenses. So the goal of safety is to produce without injuries and accidents. Safety is now measured in terms of rules and regulations that employees should be aware of and that management to apply them and not allow staff to break them, also proper training and supervision should be in place so we can prevent many injuries that may encounter staff in different work environments.

We have a qualified team for industrial security and the factory is equipped with an emergency system – hand buttons when pressed produce alarm sounds and lights above the risk area – that helps our industrial security team to identify the emergency area and deal with the situation and direct staff on how to contain the situation. There are sufficient numbers of scientifically distributed fire distinguishers all over the factory that the local emergency and fire brigade are aware of. Smoking is completely banned inside the factory, and our industrial security team trains our staff periodically on industrial security methods and techniques.
